Last week Intracare organised the third and final session of the Intra Hygiene Inspiration Days Online. During three online sessions we took our distributing partners along on a digital, inspirational tour on our Intra Hygiene concept. What initially was meant as a homebase event at our HQ in The Netherlands was revamped to an online event due to Covid-19.
With this event we aimed to improve the knowledge, skills and customer engagement of our partners in a accessible and easy way. With elevator pitches, product deep dives, online tools, practical instruction videos, tips & tricks and some fun we shared short and ready-to-use information in three one-hour sessions in different timezones during different seasons this year.

The main goal was to focus on the total Intra hygiene concept and the added value of its product- and service range. We have also introduced a variety of new products and developments that strenghen our competitive advantage in the market.
Feedback of our customers proved very satisfying. What we thought was a pity not to meet in person, proved to be a new and innovative way of organising e-learing and teambuilding with our partners.
Nevertheless hopefully we can get back to some way of normal in 2021.
